Review: Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream

Missha 1Missha 2One of my friend gave me Missha BB Cream as a present. I was delighted since I just ran out of my bb cream from Korea. This was the perfect time for me to try a new BB cream. I actually never heard of this brand until my friend gave it to me. Apparently this is one of their best seller product.

Missha BB Cream comes in 5 colors:

  • Not all the ingredients are safe.
  • There’s a slight grey undertone color.

  • All in one cream: UV protection (SPF 42), anti-aging, treat dark spots, and provides coverage.
  • Lightweight cream.
  • Pretty affordable.

It works great as a bb cream for those that want a natural, light coverage. If you have any blemishes, you still need a concealer for that. There’s a slight perfume scent. One of my friend that used this bb cream said there’s a slight grey undertone which I didn’t noticed at first since I have a darker complexion than her. With this bb cream, you just have to keep dabbing/blending it into your skin for it to match your skin tone. The only thing I don’t like about this product is all the harmful ingredients.

Missha 5Wearing the Missha BB cream.

  • i really like korean bb creams, i want to try more now especially after the last one you gave me! that one is awesome. i heard good things about Missha, i bet the natural beige would fit me better too.

    • I know! I like the bb cream I got you. Too bad they don’t see it in the states! You should get the natural beige one once you run out of bb cream. Unless I find a better one!! Haha I’ll keep you posted πŸ˜‰

  • As usual, wonderful review! πŸ™‚ I haven’t quite settled with a BB cream; I’ve tried CoverGirl, but it was way too watery in texture, and I recently tried the Physician Formula’s line. I liked it, but it’s very “cakey” if that makes any sense ha ha! I’ll have to look into this one though! Do you know if it is available at local drug stores? Target?

    • Ah ok. I haven’t tried the American brands for bb creams but yeah you don’t want anything too watery or “cakey” on your skin. Yes – I know what you mean by “cakey” and I actually don’t like that look. I like something that’s more natural so you can’t tell you’re wearing anything πŸ™‚ You should look into Missha since it’s pretty cheap and it comes a in pretty big container so should last you for a while although I don’t think they’re available in local drug stores or Target yet … one of my friend did mention there is a Korean brand that is working with Target so I’ll let you know once I find out about that one!

      • Thanks you so much for sharing this! I just found the Missha BB cream on Amazon for $15.00! I think it’s because I’m a Prime member though πŸ™‚

        • Yay! I’m glad you found it on Amazon for $15! Such a great deal! Did you buy it yet? Tell me what you think of it! πŸ™‚
